Many teens say that they like attending support groups with other teens their age who have lost a loved one through death.  Most support groups give you a chance to share and hear other teens thoughts and experiences, but do not force you to talk.  Many support groups are free.

Check with your local hospice organization or children's hospital to see if there is a support group in your area.  You may also check with the Dougy Center in the link below.  When you get to the Dougy Center site, select "Center Locator" on the menu bar to see if there are grief support groups in your area.
