Journaling Ideas

Creating a written record of your experience can be helpful for you if you like to write.  Journaling is a way of expressing your feelings and experience, similar to a diary. 

Some ideas for writing:

          Try to fill a page or two!  For example, 

                I am

                      Sara

                      a girl

                      a daughter

                      a friend

                      a student

                      an athlete

                      happy/sad

                     Smart

                     Agreeable

                     Muscular
