Creating a written record of your experience can be helpful for you if you like to write. Journaling is a way of expressing your feelings and experience, similar to a diary.

Try to fill a page or two! For example,
Create an acrostic of your loved one's name, for example:
Write a biography of your loved one's life.
Write an autobiography.
